I’m not a listen & nod therapist —I actively engage in the work with you. No topic is off-limits. Whether it’s anxiety, relationships, self-doubt, or the everyday stressors that weigh you down, we’ll face it together.

My office is a judgment-free, confidential space where you can be open and honest. For added privacy, I also offer a private exit.
